Disappointing durability

These pads are a dense pad and work very well, although they just don't last. I have polished two vehicles and the hood of my lawn tractor so I haven't used them a great deal. One of the pads fell apart after polishing one vehicle. Both of the other two pads are already breaking down around the edge. I have followed the directions on regarding speed/use and haven't ran the pad into anything that should damage them. Maybe I just got a some bad ones. I haven't had any problem with the red waxing pads or my griot polisher.

These are excellent polishing pads that work extremely well with Griot's polish. Clean up of this product is quick and easy as Griot's polish is a water based product. Careful not to use this product with a petroleum based polish as it will fall apart.

horrible quality, backing has fallen off.

I have used these pads for less then 4 times and the backing velcro has come completely off. I have a set of lake country CCS pads that are much more durable then these. Based on the fact that these have not lasted I will be looking elsewhere for more quality pads. Don't cheap out and buy these. They don't last.
